The VIDEX autonomous floodlight operates completely independently and is charged by a solar panel. By using this floodlight, you will be fully independent of possible power outages at your home or summer house, as the rechargeable battery (built into the floodlight) is charged throughout the day by sunlight, allowing it to operate autonomously for up to 12 hours. This LED floodlight is recommended for use in locations where there is no possibility of connecting to the power grid or where the electrical load is very limited.
It is necessary to choose the optimal location for installing the floodlight. When installing the LED floodlight, it is recommended to orient the solar panel toward the south for maximum energy generation (position the panel so that sunlight falls perpendicular to its surface) and to prevent shading from trees, building structures, or other objects from falling on the solar panel.
The main advantage of using a solar-powered floodlight is the absence of any electricity costs, as well as:
• LEDs are used as the light source, providing high-quality, uniform, and directional illumination;
• Long service life without the need for maintenance;
• IP65 ingress protection allows the floodlight to be used in all weather conditions;
• Quick and convenient installation.
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the floodlight. To turn on the LED floodlight, press the «ON» button on the remote control. Switching the LED floodlight on and off is performed manually, regardless of the time of day. Using the remote control, you can select the required operating mode and adjust the brightness of the floodlight.
AUTO mode: Press the «AUTO» button; the floodlight will emit a short light signal once. The «AUTO» button activates the automatic operating mode of the floodlight: 1st hour – 100% brightness; 2nd hour – 80% brightness; from the 3rd to the 6th hour inclusive – 60% brightness; 7th hour – 50% brightness; from the 8th hour until switch-off – 30% brightness.
• «3H» turns the floodlight on at night for 3 hours.
• «5H» turns the floodlight on at night for 5 hours.
• «8H» turns the floodlight on at night for 8 hours.
When the ambient illumination level drops below 50 Lx, the floodlight switches on and operates in automatic mode.
The floodlight memorizes the previous settings and applies them the next time it is switched on.
